I read on a blog from other store that the manufacturer of UMI X1 is providing a new antenna to replace the defective, for free, to the customers who have problems with GPS (first batch). Mine is one of the 1st batch. Can you get these new antennas from the manufacturer? And send one to me? Thanks.

Trouble with touchscreen. No GPS (with NEW rom). No warranty.

Finally received my phone after some delay caused by customs in Holland, and it perfect. Very light, beautiful display, very thin, and already a lot of support on the internet. Even Android 4.1 Rom will be released this week. Battery is a little bit weak. If you buy it alway buy an extra battery and charger. It was good doing business with you.

I had a lot of issues with receiving the phone (SingPost, lost at airport and just took forever). However, I finally received it today and it's a great phone. Also, nice customs declaration.

Finally got my phone! I'm surprised by how thin it is. I tried to scratch the screen with a key, and screen is still flawless. It is very light at first but got used to it quickly. The GO launcher it comes with is very laggy and cant be fully uninstalled. So i installed a different launcher and when it asked me what launcher i would like to be my default i just hit "launcher" (this is the original android 4.0 launcher) now the device is very smooth. The camera is great 8mp with auto focus, really nice. as far as gaming goes i have not had much chance to test it's capabilities as the only game i have right now is muffin knight, and that game is stored on a class 2 micro sd. The battery is decent and will last you through the day with normal... but if your a gamer or heavy mobile internet user, id be sure to get an extra battery and the mobile charger. All in all, its well worth the money. the retina 4.5 inch screen is amazing. I would easily recommend this to a friend, especially for someone who is trying to get a good phone, without a data plan, and without spending a TON of money.

After few days of delay, shipment was done and it was very fast. 5 days to Italy, with no delay at customs (thanks to great DHL service here in Italy). I have received my Umi X1 from UREDEAL today. The overall built quality is nice. The screen is bright and has a great viewing angel! The delivery was fast with DHL (and tax free for me).
