        display problem

        Order #2012112208025816 phone payed 22.november, arrived 21 feb. (2 month = very late), display dead (black screen), only backlight working. I can't find returning address, live chat not working link. No contact phone, just one email for contact. Please answer my emails (you declare max 1working day delay), send me official return address of your company. Can you refund, or do you have another solution? How long I must wait for working phone?

        I did the purchase of the Jiayu G3 on November 19. On having realized the order, for mistake I it did two times. Me puese in touch with Uredeal and one of them it was annulled, thank you for it. The order I come near on quite perfect November 30. In Spain it was retained one day in customs control. Post office of Spain he took charge of the liquidation of the VAT. The VAT they were 5 € and for the management 20 €. At all time it can do the follow-up of the package. The telephone works very well and I am very satisfied with the received treatment and with the telephone. It is causing rage between my companions of work. Again thanks to the workers of UREDEAL

        Hello! I'm interested in buying this phone, but I have some doubts about customs. Will I have to pay extra fees/ customs ??? If so, which shippment method is safer to avoid these fees? Thanks!!

But we usually mark the parcel with a gift and lower value to help our dear customers to avoid customs tax.         1) About the wifi specs I cannot find these on the original Yiayu site for the G3, only from the G2. So I cannot be confirmed still that there is the 'n' specification.         Wifi Specifications & stock metal greay & charger

        1) You specify the Wifi as IEEE 802.11 n/b/g But other sites only specify b/g Does this phone have the 'n' spec (so 300Mb/s) 2) I like to order the metal gray color (so not black or silver). Is this in stock/ what is the processing time? 3) About the charger: Does it fit the western european standard (is to say two round pins, not the two flat ones)

        Battery & cost

        Android-Sale say they ship with 2 batteries (android-sale/com/jiayu-g3.html). If that's the default package, why does uredeal ship with only 1 battery? Also why the extra 20 bucks?

        Hello, I live in France ... I read a note as what would Jiayu G3 processor MT6517 MT6577 instead of ... MT6517 (3G TD-SCDMA) does not work in France but only MT6577 (3G WCDMA). Can you confirm which processor is present in this smartphone? Thank you in advance. Sorry for my bad English.
