        jiayu g3 camera & battery problems

        hi im farook from india and i have ordered jiayu g3 from your website on 22nd november 2012, order No.#2012112220071411 and have selected free shipping. i have received the phone on 15th january 2013 which is exactly 54 days!! very late.. anyways finally i got it and my problems began. the phone arrived in good shape and when i start using it for the first time there are 2 main problems, battery is draining very fast not even lasting half day! 2750 mah battery must last atleast 2 days but it is below than a 1500 mah battery!! and the 2nd one is CAMERA not working properly! i mean its totally BLUR when i start camera, only front camera working good back camera not working!! and im getting creepy sound when starting and starting camera!! so will u tell me how to solve this issue? if the issue is not solved i would like to return the phone to you. camera and battery are very important features and these are not working. if u want to see the problem exactly il post the video on youtube also. after 100% charging within 15 min battery is coming down to 80%.

Right now, there is new ROM avaliable for downloading, you can downloading the newest ROM from here and refresh the ROM. That will help you to battery lasts longer and the fix the camera.         I ordered gray G3 on 26th october. A week ago you offered me umi x1 instead because you would send me it right away. Tina wrote: "We will arrange your shipment on next Monday. This is weekend. :) Tina" You didn't send me it on monday. Later Tina wrote "We ensure that this week the umi x1 orders will be sipped out. ---Tina". And it is almost weekend again and you still didn't ship anything. Now you have banners which says "G3 in stock, free shipment in 48 hours". Do send me G3 ANY color, or at least umi x1, or make a full refund.

        Tina, according to http://bbs.ejiayu.com/thread-325914-1-1.html, eigth batch will come out in 8.11.12 - 17.11.12, gray color (which I wanted). Will you be able to send me a phone from this batch? If you would, i'd like to wait. If not, I agree to umi x1, g3 is preferable though. Thanks for fast answers =)

        Hello, I ordered gray g3 nearly two weeks ago and it was "in stock". The other day you said you would send me black g3 instead, from the 6th batch. Will I get one, or you already sold everything out? I don't want silver color, and it is unknown when 8th batch will be out and which color it will be. If i don't get one, can i get refund, or only through paypal?

Jiayu G3 is designed based on the size of iPhone 5. The XMI X1 arrive sooner compared with jiayu g3\'s fourth batch releasing.
